Temporary Administrator (2-3 Months)
 Location: Guildford
 Hourly Rate: £16 per hour
 Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
 Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)
 Working Pattern: 100% office‑based
 Parking: On-site parking available
 Start Date: Wednesday 10 June

 Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a key project with our client in Guildford.

About the Role
 You will support a busy team, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and processes are followed correctly within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the project team with administrative tasks
Completing accurate data entry across multiple systems
Transferring files from Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to an internal portal
Maintaining organised digital filing systems
Following established processes and workflows
Collaborating with team members via Microsoft Teams
Ensuring a high level of accuracy across all tasksSkills and Experience

Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and work in a structured way
Confident user of Microsoft Office 365
Experience using Teams and SharePoint
Previous data entry experience
Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload effectively
