🔍 Role Overview:
We're seeking a confident and capable Credit Controller to take ownership of all credit control duties. You'll be responsible for managing outstanding debts, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely payments - all within a supportive and collaborative office environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
Maintaining accurate records of communications and payments
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes🎯 Requirements:
Proven experience in credit control
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
