Job Description
Are you looking for a new Temporary Customer Service position? Would you like to work from home? If so, Red wants to speak with you!
Red Recruitment is recruiting temporary Customer Service Advisors to work remotely for a well known large outsourcer who provide customer service for a number of their clients who are well known brands.
Package:
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
Days: 5 out 7 days per week
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: 4 weeks temporary assignment
Start dates: 15th/16th JulyJob role:
You will be answering inbound customer calls, thanking the customer for their time and responding to their query. You will be following a script to ensure all the correct information is provided to the customer.
There will be a high volume of calls, therefore you must be able to answer them in a timely manner. An internet speed check will be completed before you start to ensure there is no delay with you receiving these calls.
Requirements:
You must have an appropriate home set up
You must have a non Apple or Chrome computer to use
WiFi is not prohibited, therefore you will need to use an ethernet cable
You should be customer orientated and be happy to speak to a number of customers
Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal is essential due to the nature of the callsThis is a great opportunity for those looking for a new temporary role with an imminent start.
