Our client based in Wokingham are looking for a Customer Service Executive/Sales Administrator to support the sales team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time position. They are looking for someone who is confident, organised with the ability to speak to customers on the phone and update the systems, with strong IT skills. For this role you should have an understand of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer telephone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer care
- Assist existing and prospective customers with general sales enquiries
