We have registered an exciting opportunity to join this welcoming and innovative client operating at the heart of the life sciences sector. Working as a Temporary Customer Support Administrator, this assignment will be ongoing until Christmas 2025, on a full-time basis. This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Customer Service Administrator to gain exposure in a new space, or for a scientific Graduate to build on their current clerical expertise. Working in the busy and buzzy customer support team, this individual will bring exemplary communication skills, the ability to manage a high traffic query inbox, as wells as impeccable attention to detail. This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm. Temporary Customer Support Administrator Requirements To succeed in this role, it will be essential that you are proven Administrator, with experience gained in a customer service led post. This client loves to employ life sciences Graduates – this isn’t essential, but it would certainly be advantageous. A keen attention to detail should be apparent in your previous roles. An effective team player, you must excel under pressure, utilising expert communication to source workable solutions. Deadline driven and meticulous, your CV must demonstrate proficiency with a range of IT systems, including the full MS Office suite.  Location Our client is located in North Oxfordshire (OX5).
