Duties & Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
* Order Scheduling Management
* Manage and validate shipments in conjunction with the transport manager
* Carry out daily and weekly reporting (statistics, dashboard management, etc.)
* Detects malfunctions, proposes and implements the necessary action plans
* Sales and Sales Coordination:
* Coordinate the requests of the Sales Department with the warehouse management (prioritize, challenger, ...)
* Manage customer penalties: analyze, respond on customer portals
* Animate transport and logistics non-quality internally according to penalties
* Participate in customer meetings
* Back Up Senior Team Leader:
* Hierarchically manage all logistics operators.
* Guarantee the shipment of customer orders in compliance with deadlines and various customer particularities
* Back Up Stock Controller:
* Manage stock and take inventories if necessary
* Manage Customer QM Reviews
* Transport Senior Team Leader Back Up:
* Chartering of orders and management of the means to be reserved
* Daily operation: Notification of suffering, follow-up delivery, etc

Education and/or Experience
No diploma necessary but one year's experience in an equivalent profession
