The Role: Temporary Finance Assistant
Location: Bridge of Allan
Hours: 9am to 5 pm
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (4 - 6 weeks initially)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Own transport is essential due to the location.
Office Angels Glasgow is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our client-a friendly, fast-paced, and collaborative team based in Bridge of Allan!
Working in a small close knit team - we need you to be organised and deadline focused. This role will best suit someone who enjoys providing assistance and support to a very busy team. There is the possibility of the original role leading to a more permanent position, so if you enjoy finance and love the idea of being a key support within the team, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing and managing supplier invoices
Handling company credit card transactions, including processing and flagging any discrepancies
Managing the petty cash
Preparing weekly payment runs in line with a fixed schedule
Monitoring and maintaining the accounts inbox
Maintaining the purchase ledger with accurate recordsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience with QuickBooks/Sage or Xero is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
A team player with a people-first mindset
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
