Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and organised Recruiter / HR Administrator to support our recruitment activities and HR administration. This role involves writing and posting job adverts, managing candidate communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day admin support within the HR function. Key Responsibilities: * Write engaging and accurate job adverts in line with role briefs. * Post adverts across job boards, social media, and internal platforms. * Manage candidate inboxes — respond to queries, screen applications, and coordinate interviews. * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records. * Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates. * Support general HR admin tasks such as onboarding paperwork and record keeping. Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support. * Strong written communication and attention to detail. * Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. * Professional, approachable, and team-oriented. Desirable: * Experience in a fast-paced environment or agency setting. * Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
