Location: Oxfordshire (Remote first)
Salary: £30,000 – £34,410 FTE (This team work 4 days a week/ Full Time Mon - Thurs)
Contract: Temporary – Until Sep 2025 Interviews W/C 3rd June

About the Role
We’re working with a forward-thinking public sector programme in Oxfordshire that’s seeking a highly organised Senior Programme Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery business support initiatives across the region.
You'll play a crucial role in supporting senior managers and programme teams through coordination, documentation, meeting support, data reporting, and general programme administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries across multiple workstreams
*
Coordinating meetings, team events, and workshops – including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
*
Supporting senior leaders with diary management, and document preparation
*
Preparing and updating dashboards using Excel and CRM data (experience with any CRM system helpful)
*
Assisting with financial admin – inputting data, reconciling budgets, and processing expense claims
*
Managing file structures in SharePoint/Teams and keeping internal systems up to date
*
Supporting reporting, communications, and close-down tasks for project delivery
*
Occasionally supporting comms materials (flyers, templates, reports) using Canva
What You’ll Need
*
Proven experience in programme or project administration
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting
*
Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Teams & SharePoint)
*
Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
*
A team player with great communication skills
Nice to Have
*
Experience working in the public or not-for-profit sector
*
Familiarity with CRM tools and Canva
*
An interest in skills, training, or business support programmes
