Axon Moore are supporting a large business based in Leeds as they recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis.
This is a hands on role where you will be part of a Purchase Ledger team and processing a high volume of invoices.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
Processing Invoices
Ensuring invoices are approved in a timely fashion.
Statement reconciliation.
Monitoring the AP Mailbox.
Maintaining data and ensure supplier details are correct.
Ensuring there are no historic invoices on the system
Handling and resolving internal and external queries both efficiently and professionally.
Opening of post and document scanning.
The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Experienced in excel
Strong organisational skills
This is a 4 month role and offers Hybrid working.
