Temporary Quality Manager
Staplehurst, Kent
Full-time, Temporary, 6-8 weeks (potentially permanent) Monday–Friday

The role:
You’ll lead the company’s quality function, managing the QMS to ISO 9001 standard. You'll play a hands-on role in enhancing internal processes, liaising with auditors and customers, and coaching the business on quality best practice.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop ISO 9001 QMS
* Lead internal audits and manage external audits
* Oversee document control and process improvement
* Present KPIs to senior leadership
* Manage the quality team across two sites
* Support FAI reporting, NCRs, and CAPA actions
About you:
You’ll have strong experience in quality management within manufacturing or engineering. Familiarity with ISO standards, audit preparation, and report writing is essential. Skills in root cause analysis, FMEA, and ERP systems are a plus.
