Temporary Receptionist🌟
Are you a friendly and professional individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We're currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join a team in the heart of Leeds City Centre (LS1) on an ongoing basis.
📅 Start Date: Monday, 17th November - Ongoing (weekly rolling basis)
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
💷 Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
📍 Location: LS1, Leeds City Centre
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm, professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Handling mail and deliveries
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Supporting with basic administrative tasks as required
✅ About You:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and telephone systems
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
