Temporary Receptionist
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s friendly team based in Leek. This is a short-term role covering two weeks, ideal for someone with reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing position.
Dates: Monday 4th August – Friday 15th August
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch breakKey Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document scanning
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as requiredSkills and Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
