Meeting and Greeting: Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your warm welcome sets the tone for their experience! 😊
Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls with a friendly demeanour, ensuring every caller feels valued and heard. 📞
Making Teas and Coffees: Keep the team energised by preparing refreshments for staff and visitors. ☕️
Making Appointments: Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently, helping to keep the office running smoothly. 📅🌈 What We're Looking For:
A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
