Their team is vibrant, professional, and passionate about what we do. They need a Temporary Receptionist to help them maintain their welcoming atmosphere while ensuring everything runs smoothly! What You'll Do: 📞 Answering Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanour and direct calls to the appropriate team members. 🗓️ organising and Checking Meeting Rooms: Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, tidy, and equipped with necessary materials. 👋 Meeting and Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them as needed. 📝 Ordering Stationery: Keep our office stocked with essential supplies to support our team's daily operations.What We're Looking For: Great Communication Skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively. Organisational Skills: You'll be juggling multiple tasks, so being organised is a must! Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
