Job Description

One of our most fascinating clients have an exciting opportunity to join their HR team as the Temporary Recruitment Coordinator, starting immediately for around 6 to 8 weeks.

You will be joining a ground-breaking business that will give you the opportunity to get stuck in and make a real difference to their recruitment drive. The company currently have a large number of live roles and are looking for a tenacious, efficient, and enthusiastic candidate to keep the process moving along quickly and ensuring a fantastic experience for candidates.

You will be working alongside the HR Manager and HR Administrator who have are collaborative and high spirited, it is a wonderful team to be a part of!

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

This is also a full-time role so you must be immediately available to work a full working week.

Temporary Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

As the Temporary Recruitment Coordinator some of your duties will include:

Daily management of all open vacancies
Moving candidates through the process in response to the hiring managers requests and feedback
Keeping candidate’s status and notes on HR System up to date
Sending rejection emails and updating HR System accordingly
Identifying and booking in potential interview slots into the relevant interviewers’ diaries
Contacting candidates to organise interviews, preferably by phone
Sending out interview invites and updating the interview spreadsheet
Advertise vacancies on our website and in other suitable locations
Communicating with the agencies on our PSL regarding our open vacancies
Liaise with agencies and keep them regularly informed each week and communicate status of candidates
Temporary Recruitment Coordinator Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong Administrator who is able to work in a fast paced and demanding.

Any experience working in HR or Recruitment will be hugely beneficial, however as long as you are organised, have excellent attention to detail and a clear communicator you will excel in this position.

You will be enthusiastic, passionate about providing outstanding support and keen to become part of this lovely team.

It is essential to be proficient in MS Office, and any experience using Bamboo HR would be advantageous but not essential.
