Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Renewals Advisor work for a company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Role: Temporary Renewals Advisor
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Renewals Advisor:
Contact customers regarding their upcoming renewals and subscription re-signing.
Advise customers on new products and services, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, resolving any queries promptly.
Chase and process outstanding payments linked to customer contracts.
Accurately update and maintain records within Salesforce (and other contract management systems).
Ensure all renewals and documentation are completed within agreed timelines.
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth contract administration.
About you:
Previous experience in a customer service, renewals, or contract administration role.
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable).
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
