The Opportunity: Temporary School Administrator
We are seeking a reliable and friendly School Administrator to provide essential basic administrative support on a temporary contract, starting this December.
This is a term-time only role, perfect for someone seeking consistent hours that align with the school calendar. You will be the welcoming face of the school, ensuring the office runs smoothly and supporting the central mission of our educational team.
Core Responsibilities:
Performing essential daily administrative duties.
Assisting with basic communication and data entry.
Supporting staff and pupils with day-to-day operational tasks.
Experience & Qualifications:
Prior school office experience.
Experience with Sims, Oracle and parent pay.
Understanding of Microsoft applications.
Ability to answer and transfer calls.
Manage diaries and registers.
