Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a leading Tier 1 residential developer who is seeking an experienced Temporary Site Manager to join a large-scale housing development near Burnham-on-Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity for a site manager with a strong background in overseeing civil engineering packages on residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing the civil's package on a large-scale housing development.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site.
Monitoring progress and quality of works.
Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth site operations.Requirements
Previous experience managing civil engineering works on large residential developments.
Valid SMSTS certificate.
Valid CSCS card.
Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced site environment.What's on Offer
Competitive rate of £280 per day.
Approximately 2 months work.
