Temporary Site Manager
Location: Ramsgate, Kent
Rate: Up to £16.27 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full Time (37.5–40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary – Immediate Start Until End of August
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a valid Enhanced DBS?
Are you available to start immediately and hit the ground running?
We are currently seeking a proactive and dependable Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at a key site in Ramsgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong facilities management experience and a hands-on, solution-focused attitude.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and operational environment, ensuring all facilities are managed efficiently and compliant with required standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Site Maintenance – Perform and oversee routine checks, minor repairs, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
*
Health & Safety – Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure all regulations are followed
*
Security – Monitor site access, manage alarm systems, and respond to incidents as needed
*
Contractor Liaison – Coordinate external contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks
*
Emergency Response – Take lead in resolving urgent site issues including faults, spillages, and alarms
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a site or facilities management role
*
Good working knowledge of health & safety requirements
*
Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and solve problems quickly
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Enhanced DBS certificate (must be valid and current)
