Burnley/Agile

£35,242.43 + Car Allowance £4,015.80

About You...

You'll work with our residents and communities to help them thrive, offering targeted actions and delivering a holistic customer service approach.

You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.

    Deliver an excellent customer focused service that is accessible, visible and results in high levels of customer satisfaction

    Design and deliver effective actions to encourage tenancy sustainment, and improve the social and financial performance of our communities.

    Be adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues and communities
