Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Tenancy Support Officer supporting their operations in the Blackpool area.
Main role responsibilities will include:
* Driving between sites
* Meet with tenants in person to sign tenancy/licence agreements.
* Issue and collect notices where required.
* Maintain up-to-date key logs and oversee safe key storage.
* Carry out routine inspections of properties and communal areas.
* Report and follow up on maintenance issues with our head office team.
* Monitor compliance items such as fire safety equipment and general condition.
* Act as the main contact point for tenants on your patch for day-to-day queries.
* Relay tenant feedback, concerns, or requests to the head office.
* Provide basic guidance on housing processes and signpost to relevant support services where necessary.
* Respond to urgent issues such as damage, anti-social behaviour, or health and safety concerns.
* Ensure empty or at-risk units are secure.
Key requirements
* Full UK driving license
* Available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
* Able to work independently, manage a varied workload, and travel between multiple sites.
* Strong interpersonal skills - able to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic property management systems.
* Understanding of basic tenancy processes and property compliance requirements (desirable).

4 days a week (6 hours per day, timing flexible)
