Salary: £25,659 – £28,510 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term (until June 2026), Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role Are you passionate about helping people maintain their homes and improve their lives? We are seeking a Tenancy
Sustainment Worker to join a dedicated Support team in Exeter.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, resilient, and committed to providing high-quality support to individuals facing challenges such as mental ill health, substance misuse, and complex life circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Tenancy Support: Help customers maintain their accommodation through budgeting, benefits advice, and housing support.
Promoting Wellbeing: Encourage positive lifestyle choices and connect individuals with health and support services.
Risk & Safety Management: Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, housing management, and external agencies to provide effective joined-up support.
Empowering Independence: Support individuals in building the confidence and skills to live independently.You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, delivering a person-centred approach that makes a real difference in the community.

Experience supporting individuals with housing-related needs.
Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
A good understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and health & safety.
Experience of managing challenging behaviours and tenancy issues.
Ability to manage rent accounts and maintain accurate records.
A methodical, organised approach to work, with strong time management skills.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.Desirable qualifications include: CIH or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) – or a willingness to work towards these.
