As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll be the go-to for all client/customer communication, ensuring both parties are kept up to date within the Social Housing refurb projects.
Responsibilities for Tenant Liaison Officer
Become an integral part in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications between tenants and clients.
Coordinating access arrangements when necessary and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Using your communication skills, you'll be the face of the company to ensure all parties involved are comfortable and well informed.
Requirements for Tenant Liaison Officer
Previous experience in a similar role - Tenant Liaison Officer/Resident Liaison Officer etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
UK Driving Licence
