We're currently working with a Housing Association based across Exeter and Bristol who are looking for a proactive and organised Tenant Liaison Advisor to join their Planned Works team and help ensure the smooth delivery of improvement projects across their housing stock.
Key Responsibilities of a Tenant Liaison Officer:
Liaise with residents to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure minimal disruption during planned works.
Conduct site visits to carry out tenant inductions, monitor works progress, and complete aftercare checks.
Support the collection and reporting of accurate data to meet internal and external standards.
Organise and facilitate tenant events and support the delivery of service improvement projects.
What we'd love to see from you:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and resolve service delivery issues effectively.
Experience using IT systems to manage and update project data and customer information.
Understanding of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and the housing or construction sector is desirable.
