Job Description

Tenant Liaison Officer Manchester / Heywood £17-18 per hour umbrella Temporary - Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of planned and responsive maintenance works. The position involves working closely with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high levels of communication, minimal disruption, and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain high tenant satisfaction by providing clear communication and support throughout maintenance projects. Act as the first point of contact to investigate and resolve initial tenant complaints relating to works. Liaise with tenants before works commence to explain the scope, timescales, and ensure appointments are scheduled. Provide administrative support including handling calls, scheduling, and correspondence. Collate and provide statistical information as required. Undertake risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements. Work with internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure systems are updated accurately. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements Full UK driving licence. Clean DBS check required. Strong understanding of housing law and housing management. Experience working with vulnerable people in the community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Minimum 3 years' experience in a tenant liaison role. What's on Offer 6-month temporary contract (potential for extension). Experience Required Customer service: 2 years (required). Tenant liaison: 3 years (required). Location: Manchester (site-based)
