Job Description

An Mechanically biased Tendering Engineer is needed to join a leading MEICA specialist that primarily focuses on the water treatment sector, delivering a range of projects and capital works frameworks across the UK.

The company have long established relationships with the likes of Severn Trent Water, Southern Water, Wessex Water & Thames Water and are one of their “go to” specialists for M&E and Instrumentation works.

The company can deliver the full project scope to include M&E design, installation & commissioning .

Working with a range of Principle Contractors & clients you will be preparing robust tenders and estimates.

In some cases you may be required to undertake site surveys to get a better understanding of the clients requirements, before preparing proposals.

The role is a varied one, requiring an individual with strong communication skills who enjoys partnering with clients & engineering teams to develop & cost engineering solutions.

With a Mechanical qualification the successful candidate will have worked within the Process Industry, ideally Water and will be capable of developing and preparing robust estimates and proposals.

In return the individual will be rewarded with a stable working environment, a company that invests in their staff , a basic salary of between £50k-£55k, a car allowance, pension, medical & 26 days annual leave + BH
