Location: Northern England – Remote / Home-Based (Travel Required)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

The Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Northern England region. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term client contracts. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and territory growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales activity and achieve territory targets.

Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
*
Deliver high-quality proposals, tender submissions, and presentations.
*
Support contract renewals and mobilisations.
*
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
*
Report regularly on territory performance and sales activity.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management.
*
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
*
Comfortable prospecting and generating leads.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
