Sales Manager – Automotive & Electronics Division | UK & Northern Europe
An international manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants – trusted in Defence, Aviation, Utilities, Electronics and Automotive – is growing its European team.

The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and Electronics sectors.
You will
* Manage a sales territory to include UK, Nordics, Benelux and the Baltics
* Sell specialist conformal coatings to end-user clients in the Electronics & Automotive sector
* Support and develop relationships with distributors
* Cover the UK, Nordics, Baltics & Benelux (home-based in the UK, 3 days a week on the road)
* Report directly to the European Sales Manager
You’ll be supported by an international marketing team, industry-leading brands, and a strong presence at global exhibitions & conferences.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Field sales experience in technical products into the Electronics and/or Automotive sector
* Strong relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
* Experience of selling to end user clients
* Experience of selling conformal coatings or similar technical products
What’s on Offer
* £70k – £83k basic inclusive of car allowance
* 25% bonus uncapped
