Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining procedures and processes while managing your own team
Working collaboratively with other departments
Encourage reports of 'near misses' and 'non-conformance'
Adopt the highest standard of Health and Safety and Manufacturing best practice
Provide feedback and conduct appraisals with team members
Address performance issues efficiently and communicate plans to the team
Drive continuous improvement within the teamSkills & Experience
5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's degree
Management experience and the skills to optimise team development
Knowledge of conflict management and business negotiation processes
