Up to £450 per day (Outside IR35)
Lancaster - 4 days onsite

The Role
Join a fast-growing SME working on a cutting-edge product that's gaining global traction across multiple industries.
As Test Manager, you'll lead and coordinate a growing team of 6 Testers, driving manual testing across hundreds of iOS and Android devices. These devices are used in varied environments to capture data for Machine Learning and AI applications.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate the test team
Deliver test strategies, processes, and procedures
Work closely with stakeholders, management, and developers
Drive workflow improvements in JIRA
Help shape testing within a dynamic, fast-moving SMEWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Test Manager
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Track record of delivering testing projects end-to-end
