I’m working with a growing test automation consultancy delivering projects across Energy and Financial Trading (ETRM/CTRM). They’re seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead client test strategies, drive delivery quality, and help scale their testing practice.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands-on role — defining customer test strategies, leading a growing team, and supporting high-profile client implementations across the energy trading space. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while shaping the consultancy’s automation frameworks and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver customer test strategies for ETRM/CTRM projects
*
Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, fostering best practices and growth
*
Engage directly with clients, advising on QA and automation strategy
*
Contribute to business growth, proposals, and solution design
*
Provide hands-on testing and delivery oversight on complex projects
Skills & Experience
*
Proven test management experience within ETRM/CTRM or trading environments
*
Strong background in test automation frameworks and tools
*
Experience leading teams and defining scalable QA strategies
*
Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
*
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and regulated trading environments is desirable
