Testing and Inspection Electrician - Mobile - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire to £42,000 plus overtime @x1.5

My client who is one of the UK's leading Facilities Management organisations are seeking a

Mobile Testing & Inspection Electrician with electrical & inspection experience, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing certification, City & Guilds 2382-18, posses NVQ Level 3 Technical Apprenticeship and / or City & Guilds 2377 and a superb opportunity to work across wide range of clients, both public and private, with a particular focus on commercial projects. You will also have relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, ECS Gold Card) coupled with strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards.

You will be responsible for conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and carrying out remedial electrical works in commercial and industrial spaces, this includes performing routine testing, diagnosing faults, and completing small installations as needed. You will ensure full compliance with safety regulations by preparing method statements, risk assessments, and point-of-work assessments and have proven experience in electrical testing and remedial work and be willing to work unsociable hours, including weekends and overnight, compensated at enhanced overtime rates.

You will be responsible for conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial sites, diagnosing electrical inspection, faults and carry out remedial works efficiently and safely, completing small-scale installations and minor upgrades as required, prepare method statements, risk assessments, and point-of-work assessments whilst maintaining accurate records and reports using mobile devices.

In return for your hard work my client offers a salary to £42,000, additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.

This role is commutable from Hertfordshire, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Watford, Welwyn Garden City, Aylesbury, North London
