Location: Baildon, BD17
Hours: Early Shift 6:00 - 14:00 | Late Shift 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £12.21 - £13.10 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Operate blending machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth production flows
Load raw materials as per production needs accurately and oversee machine operations
Monitor machinery and materials closely to identify and resolve any faults or inconsistencies
Perform regular quality checks to uphold high production standards
Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company procedures
Support the team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow
Assist with material handling, storage, and keeping your work area clean and organisedCandidate Profile:
Previous experience in textiles, manufacturing, or similar production roles is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Reliable with good timekeeping and a solid work ethic
Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
