As a Theatre Practitioner, you'll be responsible for: Assisting the surgical team by preparing instruments and maintaining sterility. Supporting the Anaesthetist with equipment preparation and patient monitoring. Providing post-operative care, including monitoring vital signs and managing pain. Adhering to infection prevention and control policies. Setting up operating theatres according to surgery type and patient needs. Checking and reporting any faults in surgical and anaesthetic equipment. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for safe surgical lists.Package and Benefits: The Theatre Practitioner role comes with an attractive package: Annual salary between £37,000 - £42,000. 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing with service. The ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
