Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Rotherham for an experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join their busy theatre team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse to take on flexible shifts within a supportive clinical environment.
Job Title: Theatre Scrub Nurse
Location: Rotherham
Contract: Agency / Locum Shifts Available
Pay Rates: £20.00 – £30.00 p/h (Ltd) Equivalent to £18.04 – £26.74 p/h (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)

✔ Flexible shifts - days & weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled scrub assistance during surgical procedures.
Prepare, check, and manage theatre equipment and instrumentation.
Work closely with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and high standards of care.
Adhere to infection control policies and theatre best practice guidelines.
Support colleagues across pre and post-operative care when required.Requirements:
NMC registration (Registered Nurse).
Minimum 6–12 months recent experience as a Scrub Nurse in a theatre setting.
Competence in at least one surgical speciality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.Benefits:
