Elevate Supported Living are seeking to employ caring, motivated and experienced Therapeutic Adult Support Workers with life experience and relevant care qualifications to join our expanding team.
Elevate Supported Living provides therapeutic, innovative and creative support for adults that require support with mental health, complex needs and learning disabilities.
We are looking for someone that understands Autism for a very friendly fun young lady that is mute.
The shift pattern is 5 out of 7, with weekend included. You will work full time 40 hours per week or part time hours or zero hours contract. The working hours are not rotating shifts, you should be flexible to cover the below working hours:
* 8am - 8.00pm
* 8.00pm - 8.00am waking night
Job Details
As Therapeutic Adult Support Workers you will support adult citizens through a range of direct and preventative work.
You will ensure that the physical, emotional, religious, educational and psychological needs of adult citizens accommodated are met through the development and maintenance of a supportive and caring environment.
You will plan and participate in the formulation, implementation, and delivery of care plans.
You will work with adults and their families and carers, individually and in groups, addressing social skills and personal issues with the aim of enhancing the relationships.
About You You will have recent history of working with people with mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs for a minimum of 6 months.
The role requires you to work a shift pattern, therefore you should be flexible and in return we will support, train and equip you to improve the quality of life for vulnerable adults.
You should be able to communicate professionally and effectively with adult citizens, other team members, courts, professionals from statutory or voluntary sectors and other agencies.

Elevate provides standard and enhanced therapeutic supported living homes. We are an approved provider and specialize in mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs. Our holistic and therapeutic model focuses on a person-centred approach and consists of supported employment, training and social enterprise. This includes hot tubs at each property, all our properties are pet friendly with two in-house therapy dogs.
We provide animal therapy, music therapy, art therapy, CBT counselling and wellbeing programmes.
All staff are expected to maintain high standards of customer care in the context of the Elevate Core Values, to uphold the Equal Opportunities Policy and Health and Safety standards, and to participate in training activities necessary to their post.
