Registered Manager – Therapeutic Children's Home We are seeking an inspiring Registered Manager to lead a new therapeutic children’s home dedicated to transforming the lives of children who have experienced developmental trauma.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team with passion and dedication to achieve life-changing outcomes for children, guided by therapeutic principles and core values.
Develop staff to look beyond behaviors and respond to the underlying needs of children with empathy and proactive approaches.
Prioritize safeguarding, ensuring risks are managed effectively to keep children safe.

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership of Residential Childcare.
Experience: Proven track record managing Ofsted-registered children’s homes rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding.'
Knowledge: Excellent safeguarding and regulatory expertise.
Skills: Strong therapeutic grounding, effective delegation, and team development.
Attributes: Highly organized, resourceful, committed, and able to remain calm under pressure.Working Pattern
Flexibility to provide oversight when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Reciprocal approach to ensure rest and recovery for managers.
