You’ll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other specialists to deliver life-changing support for children and young people with additional needs.

As a Therapy Assistant, you will:
Working term time only (36 hours per week),
Support and deliver individual, group, or class-based therapy activities under therapist guidance
Use communication tools such as iPads and Makaton with non-verbal students
Work collaboratively with teaching and therapy staff to integrate support into the classroom
Show empathy, compassion, and resilience when supporting students with diverse needs
Benefit from comprehensive training and mentoring, including safeguarding and autism awareness

A genuine interest in working in a therapeutic or SEN setting
Flexibility to work 36 hours per week during term time only
