Contract Duration: 4 Months
Rate: £22.44/hr + £1.60/hr uplift
Bonus: £5/hr Attendance Bonus (when all agreed hours are worked)
Additional Benefits:
Taxable Lodge Allowance: £50.81 per day
Bi-Weekly Travel Payments (Taxable)
We're currently recruiting Thermal Insulation Engineers for a 4-month contract based in Reading. If you're a reliable, experienced professional looking to join a committed team on a rotating shift pattern, we want to hear from you.
Rotation Pattern: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off
Week 1:
Tues-Thurs: 11.5 hours/day
Fri-Sun: 10 hours/day
Week 2:
Mon-Wed: 11.5 hours/day
Thurs: 6 hours
What's on Offer:
Competitive base rate + hourly uplift
Generous attendance bonus of £5/hr (paid when all scheduled hours are worked)
Daily lodge allowance of £50.81 (taxable)
