Project Manager – Power & Renewables (High Voltage) Location: Ireland Permanent | Competitive Salary & Benefits Package A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading engineering contractor working on major projects in the power and renewables sector. Acting as the key client interface, you will be responsible for scheduling, delivery, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and budget targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead all phases of MV & HV projects from start-up through to completion - Develop project business plans, cost control systems, cashflow and schedules - Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme, EHS and quality compliance - Chair client and subcontractor meetings, managing progress and resolving issues - Oversee audits, reporting, procurement and engineering activities - Ensure successful testing, commissioning and final handover to client - Maintain strong client relationships from mobilisation to close-out About You - Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent trade background - Proven experience managing high-voltage and medium-voltage projects (substations essential) - Skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong IT and reporting ability, including presentations and project documentation - Commercially aware with strong problem-solving capability - Willingness to travel as required for project delivery - Proactive, solution-focused and able to work on your own initiative This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level, leading significant renewable energy projects with a company committed to innovation and development
