Location: Tewkesbury
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
Are you an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator looking for a stable day shift role within a well-established engineering business? Would you like to work on high-quality fabrication projects in a clean and well-equipped workshop?
We’re currently supporting a growing engineering company in the Tewkesbury area, specialising in precision fabrication work across a range of industries. With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in their workshop, they are now looking to recruit a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join their team.

Role Responsibilities
TIG welding on a range of materials (stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium)
Fabrication and assembly of components from engineering drawings
Working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Grinding, finishing and preparing welded components
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ensuring all work meets required quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Person
Proven experience as a TIG Welder / Fabricator
Ability to weld stainless steel to a high standard
Experience working from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
