Our client is looking for a coded TIG Welder in Leeds working a day shift, Monday to Friday working to ASME 9 standards. Ideally you will have previously been certified to coded standard working on pipe. Potential for a night shift could also be discussed.
The role is for a minimum of 6 months and overtime is available at time and a half. You will be welding various sizes from small bore up to 2 "+ pipe to an extremely high standard (ASME). You will be welding various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel and duplex. A weld test will be required before your start.
Overtime is available and paid at time and a half or double, the option of being paid Umbrella is available if required. Free parking, subsidised canteen and gym are on offer along with 33 annual holidays if PAYE. Dig allowance is also available for candidates over 50 miles from site. Good rates of pay - up to £26 p/h and a quarterly bonus of £1000 (paid every 3 months).
Ideally, you will be apprentice trained and qualified up to level 3 as a TIG welder and previously been coded.
