Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with proven experience working with stainless steel to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling stainless steel components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel parts, components, and structures.
*
Read technical drawings, and welding symbols.
*
Fabricate, position, align, and fit parts and materials to specifications using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and hand tools.
*
Inspect finished welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
*
Maintain clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
*
Grind, sand, and polish welded joints to ensure a clean finish when required.
*
Operate various fabrication tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, and cutting machines.
*
Work with minimal supervision to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
*
Minimum of 2–3 years of TIG welding experience, specifically on stainless steel.
*
Strong knowledge of welding processes, metallurgy, and safety standards.
*
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and welding drawings
*
Familiarity with tools and machinery commonly used in metal fabrication.
