Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and safety standards. You will be responsible for welding precision components using TIG techniques on various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on components to specified drawings and tolerances.

Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, or grinding surfaces.

Interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and welding procedures.
*
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and effectively.

Inspect and test welds to ensure structural integrity and quality.
*
Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
*
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a TIG Welder (typically 3+ years preferred).

Certification in welding (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is a plus.
