Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Norfolk
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay: £14.00 per hour (review and increase after probation)

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with proven experience in welding aluminium and stainless steel to join their fabrication team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately TIG weld to engineering drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions.
Work closely with design and production teams to meet welding requirements.
Use initiative to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all times.
The Person
Time-served apprenticeship in aluminium and stainless-steel welding.
Experienced in operating and maintaining TIG welding equipment.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precision.
Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
