Wall & Floor Tiler – Permanent Position – Immediate Start
Abatec is looking for experienced Wall & Floor Tilers for a respected manufacturing client based in Highbridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking a stable, long-term position with a growing company committed to quality and professional development.
About the Role:
We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of tiling techniques and experience working with a variety of materials. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. As a Tiler, you’ll play a vital role in delivering consistently high-quality finishes within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out high-quality wall and floor tiling work within a controlled manufacturing environment
* Ensuring all work is completed to specification and within required timeframes
* Working collaboratively with other trades and team members to meet daily production targets
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in accordance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Demonstrable wall and floor tiling experience in a construction or manufacturing setting (essential)
* Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions
* Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and work ethic
* A proactive, positive approach and willingness to support wider team goals
