With a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and innovative timber solutions, delivering projects across the UK — from residential new builds to large-scale commercial developments.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Timber Framer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with timber frame structures either in a workshop or on-site environment. You'll play a key role in manufacturing and erecting timber frames to precise specifications, contributing to the delivery of high-standard timber buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture timber frame panels and components in the workshop
*
Interpret technical drawings and building plans
*
Measure, cut, assemble, and fix timber structures with accuracy and care
*
Work with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
*
Collaborate with the production and site teams to meet deadlines
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Follow company health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements:

Proven experience in timber framing, carpentry, or joinery

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
