As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the toddler room, supporting and inspiring your team, and ensuring that every child receives high-quality care and learning opportunities. You will plan engaging activities, maintain excellent communication with parents, and provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The successful Room Leader will have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare, along with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for early years education. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting is desirable, and you should be confident in guiding your team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
