Tool Setter – Temp to Perm
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (early finish Fridays)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pertemps Dudley are recruiting for an experienced Tool Setter to join a successful manufacturing and engineering company based in the heart of the Black Country. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to move into a permanent position.
Responsibilities
Setting and operating power presses within a busy production environment
Carrying out tool changes and ensuring machines are correctly set for production runs
Performing routine maintenance and completing safety checks in line with regulations
Working to manufacturing schedules and meeting daily output targets
Requirements
Proven experience working with Bentley or Sweeney power presses (essential)
Valid ROSPA Health & Safety training (advantageous)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit production team
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
